Shipping Policy

Roamveris ships travel accessories and portable technology to the United States. Available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Secured Standard Shipping delivers in an estimated 6–12 business days from order placement to receipt, including processing and transit, for supported US destinations. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The daily order cutoff is midnight Eastern Time (New York), including daylight saving time when applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates. Peak seasonal demand, customs clearance, carrier disruptions, and weather may cause delays. An order is not guaranteed to arrive before a trip or event unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service. Please order well in advance of your event. We will notify you of material delays and provide cancellation or refund options where required by law.

Shipping rates

For the United States, Secured Standard Shipping costs US$6.95 for orders under US$50. Orders of US$50 or more qualify for free Secured Standard Shipping. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Prices and thresholds are in US dollars. Applicable taxes collected at checkout and the final shipping charge are shown before payment.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Product, destination, size, and carrier restrictions may apply. Only available destinations and services may be selected at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

We provide tracking information when available after dispatch. Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If an address is incorrect or a package is returned as undeliverable, contact us to arrange a solution; additional shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed in advance.

For a lost, damaged, or incorrect shipment, email support@roamveris.com with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
