Where do you ship?

We currently ship to supported addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How long does delivery take?

Secured Standard Shipping is estimated at 6–12 business days from order placement, including processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates, so allow extra time before a trip. See our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $6.95 for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping and taxes. All amounts are USD.

How can I track my order?

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch. You can also contact support with your order number.

Can I return an item?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible products must be unused and complete, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. Contact us first for authorization and the correct return address. Customers arrange and pay return shipping except where applicable law requires otherwise; there is no restocking fee. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

Contact support promptly with your order number and details, plus photos where helpful. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Can I bring these products on a plane?

Check your airline’s current rules for your exact product, especially power banks, batteries, and powered devices. Review the product specifications before purchasing; airline restrictions vary.

Where are the bags and coffee products?

Those collections are coming soon. Only products with an available purchase option can currently be ordered.
